✨ SACRED SURRENDER | A Journey of Release, Connection & Transformation 🌴🤍

Some experiences are difficult to put into words because they are meant to be felt. Our Sacred Surrender Women's Retreat in the Dominican Republic was one of those experiences. ✨

Seven days of slowing down, breathing deeply, moving intentionally, laughing until our bellies hurt, shedding tears, embracing vulnerability, and allowing ourselves to simply BE.

We arrived as women carrying our own stories, responsibilities, fears, and hopes. And somewhere between the ocean, the movement, the breathwork, the sound baths, the heartfelt conversations, and the quiet moments of reflection, something beautiful unfolded.

We softened. We released. We connected. We remembered our strength. 🌊

One of the most meaningful parts for me was witnessing the deep connections that formed. Women showing up for themselves and one another with such openness, compassion, courage, and love. Creating a space where we could be seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

Surrender wasn't about giving up. It was about learning to loosen our grip, trust ourselves a little more, and make room for what comes next.

To every beautiful soul who said YES to this journey, thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for doing the inner work, for allowing yourselves to be vulnerable, and for bringing your whole hearts into this experience. You made this retreat what it was. My heart is so full. ❤️

And while our time together in paradise has come to an end, the journey of healing, self-discovery, and connection continues.

✨️ If you've been craving space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, experience meaningful connections, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit, consider this your invitation.

Spring 2026 Dump — saved the best for last! I was able to write/direct my Undergrad thesis @forbiddenstepsfilm and bring it to life with all my amazing friends. This was officially my last college film 🥹

When this story was first born, I knew I wanted to tie in many themes and cultural references that were important to me, down from the language spoken by the characters to the objects we see on screen. Writing/directing this story was the biggest challenge, but it was the best experience I gained in college.

Many thanks go out to my talented friends who were part of making this project come to life. Especially my producer @theuser_ray who did everything he could to make sure we had what we needed! Thank you too for my amazing bestie @roroiivan for believing in me and being part of the reason why this story look amazing on screen. Another to my wonderful AD’s @brandyfrausto @ezra.gomez02 + @tanvi_5r for the amazing support, my amazing production designer @emilyrzam + art department for making our vision come to life, my associate producer Sasha for being there since the moment this story was thought of, and the many amazing extras, our supporters, and creatives that joined us on and off our set.

Thank you to my amazing cast @sofiaxleal @sandovalali12_ @qlex.x & Kim for giving it your all!! I love you all so much and appreciate your dedication and friendship! Thank you to the undergrad thesis class too for all your help and feedback as well! I love y’all

Special thanks to my family for supporting me through this process. Mami, Tia Angie, Tia Cali, and tip chuy (and Sammy for emotional support lol) I wouldn’t have been able to do anything without yall. Thank you for coming to feed us too lol!🥹❤️🕺🏻

This project reminded me that filmmaking will never just be a dream of mine, but a real passion! ❤️🫶🏻
