Super proud of James for this double play and outfield assist from left. Love his awareness! It’s fun watching him play with this team. Nice tag Davis! #baseballlife #youthbaseball #travelbaseball #bsblpirates #doubleplay

Day 3 of 7 at Super Bowl week was nonstop. Hosted my show “Beyond the Game” on @reachtvnetwork bounced between media sit-downs, celebrated Women in Sports Day at Women Raise the Game, then ended the night at my long time buddy Shannon Sharpe’s Nightcap party!
No sleep. Barely ate. All worth it. Busy woman energy. ✨💃🏽

Recap of the 7th Annual Sports Power Brunch @sportspowerbrunch in San Francisco for Super Bowl LIX.

Man the presence of God was in that ballroom yesterday honey! Started off my morning with an hour of prayer and meditation and the grace was radiating all throughout the day! Literally led me to a new friend named @grace_lashea 😂

Had such genuine conversations and connections with powerful likeminded women in sports. See you next year in sunny LA!

Celebrating another National Girls & Women in Sports Day at the @sportspowerbrunch at Super Bowl LIX in beautiful San Francisco. It was such an honor to be here. Kind of a full circle moment as I reminisce from being on the sidelines with @atlcheerleaders to becoming the BIGGEST cheerleader for my NIL athlete clients as I advise them on tax and wealth building strategies, it only reminds me that I’m on the right path. When I tell you God himself was in that room today! 🙌🏾🙏🏾

So excited for what the future has in store for my company @untaxedconfidential as we grow in this space. Honored and grateful to be called to do what I do.

Happy ATL Alumni Cheerleader Reunion Weekend! I am home healing and missing all the fun. Wishing my girls the best performance ever. They are ready to represent at halftime like always.

Cheering for the Atlanta Falcons was one of the best four years of my life. So much fun. Such a great organization. So many wonderful experiences. #onceacheerleaderalwaysacheerleader #gofalcons #afc #nfc #riseup #cheer #dance #perform #memories #joy #love #laughter

It’s the @atlcheerleaders 60th anniversary tomorrow and I am beyond devastated I can’t be there to celebrate. I found myself through this incredible organization when I joined (way) back in 2009. I was able to continue my passion as a dancer and make amazing life-long friends. I was welcomed with open arms and found my place…and found my voice and confidence while on the team. I owe so much to @cheerdoc and @jakene5.6.7.8 for giving me a chance (and I learned how to get low in the process)! I am forever a Falcons fan, and more importantly, am so grateful for the Falcons Cheerleaders for helping me become who I am today. Love you forever. 1-2-3, AFC!!

Celebrating 60 years of Falcons cheer tomorrow and the best decade of my life. 5 years to make the team then 5 years on.. two-a-days (sometimes 3) year after year trying to be good enough to make it ..then keeping the work going to beat out hundreds of other hopefuls to make it back. They are the house that built me. I will always be grateful to the coaches that finally gave me a shot, the friends that came early and stayed late and the organization that kept me around to be a reporter. We had the amazing privilege of playing with 🇺🇸USA Glory today — huge thanks to the incredible coaches who invited us: Coach @arnoldsarindu, Coach @tflowers25, Coach Rick Eckstein, and Coach David Guthmann. It was truly an honor for James to be out there with you all.
