The Pumphouse Project — a little wet bath inspired by the feeling of an outdoor shower somewhere in Southeast Asia or Mexico. Easy Peach, Tomato, Burrata Bruschetta Recipe 🍅🌿🍑🥖🧑🏼‍🍳 RECIPE For the Vinaigrette: - 1/4 cup balsamic or champagne vinegar - 1 tablespoon honey - 1 clove garlic, grated - 1 zest from 1 lemon - 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or dried - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or dried - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or dried - A pinch red pepper flakes - A pinch of salt and black pepper *Blend together For the Bruschetta: -1 loaf crusty Italian bread 🥖 , sliced about ½-inch thick, add butter and toast - Wash your tomatoes, peaches and basil - Cut Roma tomatoes 🍅(about 5), fresh peaches 🍑 (2-3 medium) into about 1/2 inch pieces. Add cut peach and tomatoes to large bowl or plate - Top with ~ 2 tablespoons of torn basil 🌿, 8 oz burrata cheese and a handful of pine nuts - Drizzle dressing over top and add flakey sea salt and pepper (can also add a drizzle of balsamic dressing too if you want). - Serve while bread is warm and enjoy! My café curtains are one of my favorite details in our home and I feel make our kitchen! They are from @pepperhome in the colorway Millie Sage. Each of my panels are 25” x 19”. My beautiful unlacquered brass curtain hardware (rod + curtain rings) are from @rejuvenation. Café curtains are such an easy way to add warmth, character, and timeless charm while still letting in beautiful natural light. They provide privacy without making a room feel dark or closed off, which is why they’re perfect for kitchens, breakfast nooks, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Here are a few designer tips for hanging café curtains: • Hang the rod just slitley above the exact middle of the window for the classic café curtain look. • Choose panels that are 1.5–2 times the width of your window for a soft, full look. • The bottom of the curtain should hit just above the windowsill for the most timeless proportions • Linen, cotton, or subtle stripes, or plaids are beautiful choices that never go out of style.
