🪩 NO YAP TODAY JUST A SNIPPET OF LAST NIGHT'S SHOW 🪩

wow. i have so much to say about my performance last night and the entire show. my piece was structured around a song that i didn't want to cut in any way. it was almost an homage to this idea of paying attention, this concept that waiting can be a lovely thing in and of itself.

this show was focused on the idea of liberation and i have been thinking so much about how i have been waiting for so long to not have to fight to feel free. how at this point in my life i am being loved into liberation in so many ways. i am so grateful.

and so here's almost a minute of really no dancing, just presence, breath and eye contact and deeply settling in with myself and the souls all around me who allowed me to share such a vulnerable piece.

thank you to my co-producers @lolo.love_xx and @asia.cues who helped dream this show into reality. thank you @redpavilionbk for hosting our show. thank you to my teachers @9_haizen.berg_9 @jazzthepoler @desertofwaves_ @celanypassion and @julespoleroid who all had a hand in inspiring so much in this piece.
