Last week, having my mom and aunties come out to run club honestly made my whole week. Seeing them show up and choose to prioritize their health meant everything to me. No matter what people may think the run club is about, it’s really about taking that first step toward becoming better.

When you show up consistently and keep the right mindset, the results will come — not just in fitness, but in life too. That’s what the Flexchamp movement is about: overcoming obstacles through fitness.

This week, I challenge everybody to invite their mom, auntie, cousin, brother, or someone they care about to the Flexchamp Runathon every Wednesday at 6:30 PM. Let’s grow stronger together 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥
