Real friends grow together • Year XI

Amazing to think about how we’ve created something bigger than us…when really it’s bigger you…or I depending on how you look at it even through different lens, it should look the same. We’re 11-0 right now; the years are flying by so steadily that we manually slow it down in order to experience the reality of a dream come true; speaking of dreams…If your dreams are possible without partnerships; they may be big enough, but your vision of how big it can become may not be…be inclusive, if nothing else in ways where invitations are a symbol of the value you see in others and the possibilities you deem fit for a life worth leaving a legacy for. Never stray away from making things make sense and sometimes some of those things change during seasons where you’d like for them to remain the same but only a true evolution comes with gives & takes…Things change and that’s good

…and one of the top things on the list should be you. Every year, we see the world change and seasons of transition; clockwork on the calendar and highly anticipated as we choose our favorite things about each; but how much attention are we placing on ourselves to notice us when we’re evolving. I think that might be the ideology behind “enjoying the process” because eventually you actually do become and once you’re whoever you were becoming, you have to accept that while resetting your vision for who you are now…and again, who you’re becoming…interesting enough how we don’t think of things until they’re relevant…for example; the new dreams only exist because the old ones came true or more apparent, the new thoughts only birthed from the advanced thinking that comes with having already discovered logic behind what used to be exposure or something fascinating…what was once amazing is now normal in a sense where your mind & reality are now on the same page with your wildest dreams…it’s serene, calming even to know that everything you are now was once who you were becoming and today is just the prelude to tomorrow meaning you’re still on a journey of never ending realization of God showing you how good it can get.

Cheers to a great year & more to come, as always.

2025 feels like a completed chapter that we gracefully close the book on…a year where everything that needed to be executed was done so with precision. A beautiful story well written…something we’re free from.

Life Update: Took so long to become who I am, now I gotta learn who I can be…not even sure how much time that’s gon take but one thing for sure is that it seems like the life I was building has revealed itself as a chapter and the life ahead was always the real destination…no compass, but still at the helm providing some direction while following His lead so steps are always anchored. Learning new things, surprising myself with the thoughts and ideas that come to mind, and appreciative of the journey even though I’m curious about whether or not I’m here at the right time or just the time I got here…hoping patience was a virtue for everything I needed to experience. How come when things are done well, we say good job, but never good timing — it’s possible, we’d like to, but being the ones who make the things happen; we could only be here due to grace; had to tell them to circle the block for us cause we were on the way, just had a pit stop doing something we thought were right.

We did what needed to be done, now we’re doing things we should’ve did. Leadership doesn’t always come with direction, but rarely do we see it without sacrifice — how to do is sometimes second to why you do, but gotta be careful to not wake up and have done things that can’t be undone.

We were great this year, if I’m being honest.

Remember that 2025 was good to you and good enough to always be appreciated no matter the wins you didn’t get even though they may have been deserved. When you look back, smile about it and appreciate how smart you became, the lessons you learned, and the ambition you acquired…remember the people and remember the relationships…remember the days…and remember there was always more to come.

To my Successteam family 🖤,

I’m blessed to have the opportunity to lead amongst y’all in this prestigious organization. I refused to take any of it for granted because I knew time would fly. It seems like yesterday I was called across the stage because y’all believed that YOU ARE. WE ARE. BOUND TO MAKE A CHANGE. I told them I was coming, but they didn’t believe me, so God showed them.

To my executive team, TB, and mentors, thank y’all for understanding the expectations and still exceeding them: testing each other’s capabilities, pushing the limits, and ELEVATING. The only reason why I was able to win is because y’all won.
