Now I’m gettin fired up in the Holy Ghost @invasionministries

Legacy… wow.
Every year I struggle to find the words to describe this week, and Legacy just hit different. I’ve been going to Invasion since I was in a baby carrier. Since before I could PRONOUNCE the word Invasion. And I was overcome with gratitude this week watching God do what He did, and reminiscing about what He has done through Invasion these past 30+ years, including the time before it was even called Invasion. As for myself and lot of my friends, we have a legacy of parents that are “Invasion OG’s”. They paved the way for us. It hit me hard SEVERAL times this week watching Jude, Kai, and London, watching the Hand family, watching the Smith family, and more. When I find myself ministering to youth at the altar where standing feet away is MY dad doing the same thing, and something he was here doing with Josh back when Invasion was 40 KIDS. Getting to speak into the lives of kids whose parents were in our parents’ youth groups is WEIRD but so REWARDING! There was so much nostalgia this week but I was overcome with emotion several times with just such a grateful heart for what’s been passed down to us and the responsibility of what we’ve been entrusted with. Now we are doing our absolute best to take what they have given us to pave the way for the NEXT generation. And that generation is a generation that’s hungry for God, they expect a Revival, they believe in Miracles in a real way, we SAW miracles happen. Generational curses have been broken and new Legacies have begun, like a young man from a small town in Massachusetts, he had decided that as for him and future generations in his family, they WILL serve the Lord! I could go on and on but all I can say is GOD IS AMAZING AND JESUS GETS THE GLORY! I will be forever grateful for and indebted to @joshbarclay and his entire family for their obedience and commitment to the work they’ve been called to. And finally, I am grateful for the people. Literally almost every meaningful relationship I have has come from Invasion. My best friends in the world, role models I look up to, you all know who you are, and I love you like family.
My thumbs are tired.
