54 looks a little different than I thought it would🩷

And I think that’s my favorite part.

If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be celebrating my 54th birthday having retired from a 30-year corporate career, building a business of my own, feeling stronger than I did in my 30s, and dreaming bigger than ever before… I’m not sure I would have believed you.

But here we are🥹

This season of life has been full of beautiful changes. Some planned, some unexpected, and some that have stretched me in ways I never imagined.

And somewhere along the way, I’ve realized something.

There’s no age limit on becoming a new version of yourself.

You can love the life you’ve built AND still have dreams you haven’t chased.

You can be incredibly grateful for where you’ve been AND excited about where you’re going.

And one of the biggest things I’m learning? That becoming the best version of yourself isn’t always about chasing your own definition of perfect. Sometimes it’s about slowing down, listening, and making room for the people you love to grow alongside you. 🩷

I’m learning to embrace the changes, appreciate the little moments, take care of this body I’ve been given, and keep saying YES to the things that light me up.

I don’t have it all figured out. Not even close. But I have a whole lot of gratitude, a heart full of dreams, and a feeling that some of my favorite chapters haven’t even been written yet.

So here’s to 54!! 🥂

More adventures, more laughter, more growth, more memories, and becoming a little more of the woman God created me to be every day.

Because maybe the best part of this season isn’t everything I’ve accomplished. It’s realizing how much life, love, and possibility are still ahead.

Hello, 54🤩 I couldn’t be more excited for you!!

Happy birthday to my absolute favorite 19-year-old!! ❤️

I’m super proud of who you are and who you’re becoming. You’re incredibly smart, one of the most thoughtful and genuine people I know, and you have this determination about you that I love. You don’t give up. You believe there’s always a way, and when something matters to you, you figure it out. The way you go after what you want, work hard for it, and still show up for the people you love inspires me more than you know.

And now getting to watch all of that come to life as you build a life of your own has been pretty incredible so far. Finding your people, chasing your goals, still calling home to say hi🥰, and truly loving this new season… I could not ask for more. 🥹

Our family and my world are so much better because you’re in them, and I’m so grateful and blessed to be your mom!!!

Happy 19th birthday, big guy. ❤️ Love you so much!!

Today’s the day 🤍

Braydon graduates today, and it’s hard to even put into words how proud we are of the young man he’s becoming.

Watching him grow through every season of life has been one of the greatest gifts of ours, and while this milestone feels emotional in all the ways, we are also so incredibly excited for everything ahead of him.

Braydon, we love you more than you’ll ever know, and we could not be more proud to be your parents.

Here’s to the next chapter ✨
