Brayth Buttifant
🍑#95

You’ve probably already heard the name or seen the nose from the moon. Returning from a stellar stint with Newcastle Knights (change of clubs can be explained by @braythbuttifant in the comments) at state cup, Brayth has heroically returned to the Central Coast local comp, where the crowds are bigger (his mates) and the pressure is higher (sniff out more intercepts).

Can he smile for a photo? That’s the question that’ll never be answered. We do know he can run fast, hopefully as fast as he runs to the toilet on a night out.

To his credit, he’s made a surprisingly solid start to the open age season. Early form suggests he’s either in peak condition, or he has just actually had a few hours of sleep the night before. Time will tell.

Overall consensus on Brayth, he will be an excellent prospect in the inaugural “DBH” team if he can keep his nose pointed in the winning direction.
