I feel lost & conflicted. I know what I probably should do, but I war within nonetheless. Testosterone is a lot more than just muscles and energy. It’s tied up with a bunch of other health markers too that affect lifespan & healthspan. Any of you that have gotten on TRT or have worked with people who have, I’d really like to hear your opinion on it.

Despite raising my bodyfat back up to 15%+, taking a bunch of supplements to support testosterone levels, exercising and lifting weights hard multiple times a week, getting good sleep and doing my best to keep stress levels in check, I’m hypogonadal again, this time “verified” due to multiple abnormally low tests in a row.

I’m getting close to 40 but it still feels too early/young to get on TRT. 😢 But my energy is definitely bad. Not as bad as it was when my bodyfat was single-digit, but, it’s definitely not great. The other health concerns of low T are also non-trivial, like cardiovascular health.
