RESTORE HER 🤍 | A Day We’ll Carry With Us

What began as an invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect became so much more.

We laughed.
We “shook off”
We awakened our senses.
We cried.
We breathed — deeply.
We meditated.
We felt.
We reflected.
We introspected.
We released.
We embraced ourselves and one another.
And somewhere in between it all, a beautiful sisterhood was created. 🤍

We moved our bodies, quietened our minds, spent time in nature, shared honest conversations and allowed ourselves to simply be.

We celebrated special moments, nourished ourselves, received beautiful treatments and created space to meet the women we are becoming.

Restore Her was never simply about taking a day away.
It was about coming back to yourself.

To every beautiful woman who trusted us enough to enter this space … thank you. Thank you for your openness, your vulnerability, your laughter, your tears and the energy you brought into the room.

And to the incredible partners who helped us bring this experience to life, our deepest gratitude. 🤍

🌿 Venue Partner: Avianto, Muldersdrift - @avianto_hotel_muldersdrift

❤️ Wellness Partners:
Life Day Spa Group & Live Life Movement - @lifedayspagroup @live.life.movement

Thank you so much to Aimee and her team from Life Day Spa - Westrand. You guys were beyond amazing!!!

Being Kind - @beingkind_za

And a special thank you to our wonderful gift partners who added such thoughtful touches to the day:

🧁 The Bread Box Bakery Studio - @breadboxbakery_studio
🤍 1st for Women Insurance - @1stforwomen
🕯️ Clean Candles - @cleancandles_sa

Every contribution helped us create an experience where women could feel cared for, seen and celebrated.

To our Restore Her sisterhood — this may have been the end of one beautiful day, but we hope it is only the beginning of what you continue to choose for yourself.

Breathe. Feel. Embrace. Restore. 🤍

Until we meet again…

With love & light,
Lynn & Kay ❤️

What Makes Sourdough Special?

Sourdough is made the traditional way, using just flour, water, salt, and a natural sourdough starter instead of commercial yeast. The dough is left to ferment slowly for 12–24 hours, allowing natural wild yeast and beneficial bacteria to develop its unique flavour, airy texture, and crisp crust.

✨ Why people love it:
• Easier to digest for many people
• Rich, tangy flavour
• Naturally fermented
• No commercial yeast
• Stays fresh for longer

At Breadbox Bakery & Studio, every loaf is handcrafted with time, patience, and care, because great bread can’t be rushed.
