Each serving of Lor Mee was generous in portion, with every strand of noodle perfectly coated in the rich, flavorful sauce—without any trace of the usual alkaline taste. Customers can customize their bowls with a choice of toppings, such as braised belly, chicken cutlet, or even cod fish. The vinegar is already mixed into the dish, but you have the option to add garlic or their homemade chili sauce for an extra kick.
