A Sunday well spent 🤩✨

I started off with @push.pilates for the Sweat.Shop.Social event with @lululemon it was such a great workout and included some great vendors and a private shopping experience.

Then spent the afternoon with @peaceandpilatesstudio at @breadless for more movement, Pilates, and an accidental 2-mile run/walk (it was only supposed to be 1.2 miles😂).

Shoutout to @c.taylor___ for braving the heat with me! Not every Sunday looks like this, but I love finding community events that get me moving.

Now… if you need me, I’ll be resting 🤪

Have you seen the Healthy Food Machines that are being placed in Detroit Liquor Stores & Gas Stations by a Black-owned company @harc_eats 🔥🔥🔥
