Meal Prep for this Week's multiple Dinners ✅️ and Baon ✅️ (lunch next day for work): 🥦Soy Sauce Tofu and Vegetable Sheet Pan Bake (Made with low sodium soy sauce, olive oil, and a taste of honey🍯) One-Pan Shrimp 🍤 and Stir Fry Veggies Bake A pot of mixed 2/3 brown rice with 1/3 white rice. One Pan per dish because I don't like cleaning or complicated cooking that much. Made it with straight forward pantry ready seasonings. Keep it simple, clean, and time efficient. Local small business spotlight 🍩 And current favorite pillowy soft fried sweet dough in Austin goes to📍 @breadroyale These Hand-crafted Malasadas are made fresh every morning. They are yeast doughy pastries, similar to doughnuts brought to and popularized in Hawaii by the Portuguese. Their motto? “Every day deserves something sweet” and I couldn’t agree more.
