Bike fits and coffee 💯

Learned a lot from this session. My very first professional bike fit with no other than a physio and cycling enthusiast @breakaway.physio 😍

Before upgrading on parts, we invest on the fit. Makes a HUGE difference 💯

Saying goodbye the only way Gianni knows how.

Both Gianni and Cleo will be sorely missed but we wish them well for what ever the next chapter holds. 💙

Your best ride starts with your best position. 🚴

A proper bike fit isn't about chasing the 'perfect' position. It's about finding the setup that helps you ride more comfortably, confidently and consistently.

In a bike-fit at The Biomechanics we:

✅ Chat through your goals - commuting, long rides, racing or event prep

✅ Assess how you move on the bike

✅ Adjust saddle, bars, cleats + setup for comfort and power

✅ Build a position that supports more time in the saddle with less niggle

Comfort → confidence → capacity.

Whether you're lining up for an event or just want your daily ride to feel better - we've got you sorted. 🔧

More Movement. Better Life.

Thank you to Colleen and Sam of @beactivephysio for hosting our second meet up for this year. These women are experts in women’s health and are paving the way for EPs to continue to grow and expand the services available to women.

Women’s health as a specialty has blossomed in the past decade. As we finally see research being conducted on women’s bodies to help us better understand our hormones, changes through life and how all of this impacts our health.

Our networking group had the privilege of coming together to deepen our understanding of women’s health. With a snapshot of the menstrual cycle and hormonal changes as we head towards peri menopause, menopause and become post menopausal and why resistance training is a non negotiable must for all women.

Thank you Colleen for sharing your expertise and helping us all be better prepared to help women understand their bodies.
