I’m sure a lot of people are familiar with that saying by now, and in a way, it does have some merit.
The guys from @unfit_for_duty have hinted at this a bit in their posts
I took this as an opportunity to do a little craft project—just for fun—and I have to admit that with a few original touches, it turned out pretty well, although toilet paper rolls are kind of a classic, after all.
But the @matbock Tarsier Eclipse were the perfect addition to make it look at least a little more realistic.
Of course, night vision goggles are awesome, and it’s fun to be out and about with them at night.

Mounting the @streamlightinc Sidewinder Stalk on the
@teamwendy1 Exfil SL using the M-Lok plate.
Two locking positions; the light stays securely in the plate and fits well.
The screws for the plate (both PT) hold it firmly in place without any wobble and are not too short.

Spiced up the @_opscore AMP a bit with some matching black Velcro from @kolibri.works and Tiger Desert Patches.
It has a loop for attaching cable management.
I also included the @pteclights MPLS for testing, just in case you ever need some light.
