Most women are groomed to believe anger is not an acceptable emotion to express. We are taught to be pleasant and likeable, pleasing and nurturing while keeping our truest feelings inside. I say, F that. We have tons to be angry about.

Channelling your feminine rage in this way will shift you entirely. This is a cathartic and POWERFUL alchemical process.

Truth is, your rage is sacred. It is your grief on fire and it has the power to ripple across timelines and bloodlines when you befriend it.

Hot tips for a potent experience:

🔥 curate a playlist that captures the essence of what you want to release
🔥 go with someone you trust - being witnessed in your anger by a safe person is deeply healing
🔥 create a ritual to welcome your anger into the space before getting started
🔥 if it helps, say out loud what you are releasing before going at it
🔥 bring your own stuff to destroy if they’ll permit it
🔥 expect to be sore and tired LOLLLL - go home, have a bath, cancel the rest of your day.
