I had the most amazing time speaking on ‘Building the Foundation of Women’s Health’ at the US Open for @breakthelove and representing @inbodyusa

we touched on how high-performers can build consistent micro-habits (even just 16 minutes of daily movement ;) which will grow to consistent macro-wins in fitness, business, and life!

loved chatting amongst the strong and beautiful @hithapalepu, @alannahconnealy, and Dr. Kim Henderson. and learning from so many other talented + inspiring women panelists on this day!

Summer Sets in the Hamptons was everything we hoped it would be.

MOCEAN x @breakthelove came together to create a day centered on movement, wellness, and community and it showed up in the best way.

We came together with BreakSports to give attendees access to therapy and recovery after an afternoon of fun movement. Because taking care of your body isn’t just about the workout, recovery is just as important.

This Saturday from 3–5 PM, we’re taking over Buckskill Tennis Club in East Hampton (yes, the dreamy grass courts that feel straight out of Wimbledon 💚).

Think:

✨ Gua sha facials
🍹 Ice-cold Pretty Tasty

Then keep the party going and meet us at @montesmanor afterwards for Pretty Tasty cocktails. 🍸

I headed to the Hamptons last weekend to teach fellow content creators & influencers a mat Pilates class at @brisas.us, and we had SO MUCH FUN!

it’s truly amazing to have a group of woman come together to sweat it out and move — I swear magic happens when we do so!
