As we're rushing around getting ready for our Grip of the Gods competition, I wanted to take a second to say a sincere thank you to every sponsor.

Hosting a charity meet is a big undertaking, and being able to give back to our community and network means a lot.

Please make sure to show them some love, and tell them we sent you. Thank you!

Behind every event is a group of people who make it happen, and Grip of the Gods is no exception.

I want to thank each and every one of our sponsors. Pulling off an event like this is no small thing, and giving back to our community means the world to us. Simply put, our sponsors help make this possible.

Please take a moment to show them some love, and when you do, tell them we sent you. Thank you, truly.

I wanted to participate in a lift that meant a lot to me, and give back to others. Team RWB gives back to the community and holds such a special place in my heart. With this competition, I wanted to do something special, a one of a kind fundraiser that was incredibly important to me, which is why I am participating a 2 hour lift-athon at the end of our meet.

This will go directly to Team RWB, and is the heart of the Grip of the Gods competition. If you can pledge per rep or a flat donation, or even just share or cheer in person, it would mean a lot to me. Thanks.

World record attempt. Ultra marathon set.
Ross Bell is turning his Grip of the Gods world record attempt into a liftathon for Team RWB.

Every rep is for the vets and first responders that org shows up for. Sponsor per rep or give once — both keep him going, both support the cause.

11 days out.

I will be running a kettlebell sport seminar at Breakthrough Fitness, and I'm keeping the room to 10 lifters on purpose.

Ten people means I actually get to watch every one of you lift, and that's the whole point. It's for anyone who's been putting in the work and wants to know what's really costing them reps. Snatch, jerk, long cycle. Technique, breathing, pacing, the small stuff that adds up during your set.

August 23rd, 10 AM–12 PM
Breakthrough Fitness, 227 Bridge St, Grand Ledge
$99 per lifter, 10 spots

Sign up at the link. Come lift with me.

August 23rd. Grand Ledge. Ten lifters.

Ross Bell of @armorfitnesskettlebell is running a kettlebell sport seminar at Breakthrough Fitness and I want the room small on purpose.

Ten people means I actually get to watch every one of you lift, and that is the entire point.

This is not a beginner only class and it is not an advanced-only room. It is for anyone who has been putting in the work and wants to know what is actually holding their numbers back. Snatch, jerk, long cycle. Technique, breathing, pacing. The small stuff that quietly costs you reps.

Bring whatever you are working on. I will look at it.

👀 Something BIG is coming…

Breakthrough Fitness is entering a new chapter.

Over the past few years, we’ve continued to grow because of the incredible members, athletes, and coaches who believe in what we’re building.

Now we’re taking the next step.

🏗️ A new facility
🏋️ New equipment and upgrades
🤝 New partnerships
🔥 New Services
💯 New opportunities to help more people reach their goals

A lot has been happening behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on.

This is bigger than just a gym.

This is about building a place where people can train harder, recover better, and become part of something bigger.

The next chapter starts soon…

Stay tuned 👀
