Success is 12 shows as a Bishop and not going up in flames once.

Grateful to be ticking off another goal this year and a third show in a lifelong dream of performing on stage. What a side quest Frozen ‘26 was ❄️☃️

Crazyyy HYROX Mumbai!! 🔥

Got to experience HYROX from both sides this time!

Spent 4 days behind the scenes with the team, making things happen, and then finally stepped onto the competition floor as an athlete for my first HYROX! 🏃‍♂️🔥

Honestly, being part of the team and then experiencing the event as an athlete was a different feeling altogether.

The long days, the madness, the people and the whole HYROX Mumbai vibe. Definitely one to remember! ❤️‍🔥

Grateful for the experience and everyone who was part of it. 🙌

On to the next one! 🚀

From athlete to judge — my first HYROX on both sides of the table!🫶

12,000+ athletes. 25,000+ spectators. 4 incredible days of energy at HYROX Mumbai and I got to experience it in a way I never imagined.

I stepped onto the floor as a Wall Balls judge, right at the final station watching athletes come in exhausted, legs heavy, lungs burning, and still finding a way to push through those last 100 reps.

And honestly, being on the other side of the table made me realise just how powerful that moment is. Because I’ve been that athlete. I know how hard those final wall balls can feel when your body is screaming at you to stop.

But standing there and telling someone “you’ve got this, keep going, one more”, and watching them find that extra 1% they didn’t know they had, that was something else.

Sometimes people just need someone to believe in their potential when they can’t see it themselves. And getting to be that person, even for a few minutes, was an incredible feeling!❤️‍🔥

From competing on the floor to judging on it, my first HYROX truly gave me the full-circle experience.

Grateful to @abhishek_saw_ant and @pram_manwithoutaplan for the opportunity, the people, the chaos, the energy — and every athlete who let me be a tiny part of their finish line story!🫶🏻

HYROX Mumbai, you were one for the books! 🏁

HYROX PERTH ❤️

Three days on the mic, thousands of athletes across the floor, plenty of noise, plenty of emotion — and then on Sunday night, it was my turn.

I got the opportunity to race alongside @emilycairnsfit and take on a one-arm version of HYROX.

And it was bloody hard!

I knew it was going to be challenging, but I don’t think I fully appreciated just how difficult it would be until we were in it. Every station had to be worked out, adapted and fought through.

There were definitely moments where I was hurting.

Happy to be back with the Suite Rats again and doing our thing - can’t wait till we all get back together in Melbourne!

Dan - take your biceps somewhere else 💪🏻

Also got the chance to see some family in the west! Great to see Pete and Kerry and also a recovering Loz!

What a weekend in Perth!! Got to have the most fun race with @cellina_henry, try the BEST gf cinnamon scroll, explore the city a bit & watch the girls smash their first solo races!!

Watching my bestie @laurajayne._ push through her race, despite not running/ lunging in years or being able to do burpees the “textbook way” was something special! 🦎The drive & persistence this gal has is so admirable & it was so much a privilege to be out by her side watching her race 🥹🫶🏼

watching your friends do hard things is frickin cool !! 🤘

HYROX PERTH (Pt 1)

I love this sport so much 🥹 And this week I had the honour of stepping onto the team for the first time, as an assistant crew chief to manage the volunteer head judges, judges & race support crew.

I’ll admit chucking on that black shirt for the first time felt like a real full circle. From grey to white to black 🥹

You get to see behind the curtain a little when you become a judge but I got a new level of appreciation for just how much work goes behind the scenes to make a HYROX event a) runs and b) runs smoothly and c) is an amazing experience for the athletes.

The whole team was so inclusive to me as a newcomer and in our smaller crew team I literally worked with the best people ever. @lawrencelaw__ @squiiress @showmetheshimm @nikkisorrell_ THANK YOU for making this week what it was but an extra huge thanks to @crewchiefmatt for giving me the opportunity & bringing me onboard. You’re building something super special, and I’m stoked to be a part of it.

Lastly, thank you to the INCREDIBLE judges, head judges & crew that came and volunteered their time. I can’t tag all od you 🤣 Without you, HYROX wouldn’t exist. You are the backbone. You make this stuff work. You stepped up SO much this week with staffing challenges and me & the crew team are so grateful. You made my job easier.

SEE YOU IN MELBOURNE ✌️ @hyroxanz
