Whenever we think about Mexico, the first thing that comes to mind is tequila! 🍹 But trust me, Mexico is so much more than that!

I recently visited El Ranchero Taqueria Restaurant in Jersey City, and OMG! What a colorful experience! ❤️💚💛

From the vibrant Mexican decorations to the beautiful atmosphere, every corner of this restaurant celebrates Mexican culture.

Now, let’s talk about the FOOD! 😍🔥

We tried delicious Mexican fish tacos, traditional quesadillas, and spicy shrimp in rich red chili sauce. Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and served in incredibly generous portions!

And the best part? The prices are affordable, and the portions are HUGE! You definitely get great value for your money.

Sometimes the best dining experiences are not about luxury or expensive restaurants. They’re about authentic flavors, beautiful surroundings, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere.

🍹🍰 A Delicious Evening at The Cheesecake Factory – Newport Mall!

Had an amazing dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory at Newport Mall in Jersey City. Even though Cheesecake Factory is already famous, visiting once in a while and trying something different is always a treat!

I started with a refreshing Tropical Sunset, followed by a nice Americano coffee. ☕🌴

For the main course, I tried the Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp — full of flavor and absolutely delicious — along with the classic Steak Diane, rich, tender, and satisfying. 🥩🍤

And of course, you can’t visit Cheesecake Factory without cheesecake! I finished with a decadent Chocolate Cheesecake. 🍫🍰

Beautiful atmosphere, great food, and an enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

If you’re around Newport Mall in Jersey City, stop by and try something different from the menu. Sometimes revisiting a famous restaurant and discovering a new dish makes the experience special all over again.

What an incredible experience at the Chefs’ Culinary Event by Sysco! 👨‍🍳🔥

It was a true paradise for anyone in the food and hospitality industry. The event brought together an amazing variety of vendors showcasing everything from fresh seafood and premium meats to sweets, desserts, delicious samples, and so much more. 🍤🥩🍰🍬

One of my favorite parts was meeting so many talented chefs, restaurant owners, vendors, and hospitality professionals all under one roof. Events like this are not only about tasting great food—they’re about discovering new products, exchanging ideas, building relationships, and celebrating our passion for the restaurant industry.

I’ve always been a big fan of Sysco, and whenever there’s a Sysco event, I’m excited to receive an invitation and be part of it.

🇬🇧 Beautiful Memories from Norwich — July 2026

During my trip to Norwich in July 2026, I stayed for a few days at Holiday Inn Norwich City by IHG, and I had an amazing experience.

It was one of those stays where I could simply relax and enjoy the English atmosphere. 🍺 I enjoyed plenty of English beers, classic fish & chips, and a delicious Margherita pizza — simple food, great flavors, and wonderful memories.

What made the experience even better was the hospitality. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the hotel was comfortable, and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere throughout my stay.

Norwich gave me some beautiful memories, and this hotel was definitely part of them. Good hospitality, good food, cold beer, and a beautiful English city — July 2026 was a trip to remember. ❤️🇬🇧
