#CleanYourBeautyRoutine I keep, and recommend the same to patients, my daily skin routine very very simple. But every week or two,I give my skin a good treatment. All of these brands are JE approved - ingredients, ethics and efficacy. I start with a double oil cleanse. At the moment, Im loving @anitagrant cucumber seed oil. I will double cleanse with a decent massage, even if I don’t wear make-up. After this, I follow with an enzyme/acid exfoliation. Here I have @holosskincarefromnature Super Natural range. I only use this in winter months because the sun is too strong where I am during the summer. I don’t exfoliate that often which surprises people. I do it maybe once a month. My skin just doesn’t like it. Always listen to what your skin likes before just following “the rules”. Next, masque time!!! I received @evolvebeautyuk gold shimmer masque for my birthday. It contains a plant based alternative to retinol. You won’t see a lot of talk on retinol on my page as I don’t use one (aside from the natural alternative in this masque). My face really doesn’t like the ingredient and I don’t care enough about my fine lines to go through the hassle of my skin getting used to one. Do you use a retinol? Next is my favourite treatment, LED light! I have a hand held device by @solarislabny . I call it the robo-gua sha. It vibrates, heats, emits red light, all in the shape of a gua sha for a deep facial massage and lymphatic drainage. LED speeds up skin healing and collagen production. LOVE this! A quick spritz of @absolution_cosmetics Brume Systemique. This is a new product for me. It contains sodium pca and Ive noticed my skin doesnt dry out throughout the day since using it. Sits well over make-up too, or a refresh in the day. Finally, my gorgeous mum @breda.edgely has been formulating her own facial oils and this serum here!!! It soaks in like a dream and gives me a well rested glow! Top this off with some calming chamomille tea, soothing binaural beats and Imma sleep like baby! Check out my Stories for stockists!
