BRED Gourmet @bredgourmet has expanded beyond Dorchester, with a concept already open in Cambridge and another location coming soon to Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market.

Featured in the inaugural Black Owned Bos. Guide to Boston, the award-winning burger spot is known for smoked burgers and comfort food rooted in Caribbean and Creole flavors.

Their menu includes bold, flavor-forward dishes like the Maui burger with sweet plantain and grilled pineapple, alongside other comfort-food favorites.

Smashed by BRED, the latest concept from the Boston-based, minority-owned restaurant group behind BRED Gourmet and BRED Bar, is set to open at Quincy Market in November 2026. The new spot will bring smash burgers, chicken, fries, and dirty sodas to one of the city’s most famous food destinations.
