It’s over, isn’t it? 4 years at this school and now I’ve graduated.

Thank all of you who have kept me going, who have pushed me to be better, and have kept me on track. I would not be who I am today if not for each and every person I have talked to. Here’s to hoping that I keep pushing forward and upward into a better and brighter future!

Spent last night at a fine arts fundraiser organized by AZ teens. Sydney was asked to perform along with other teens that presented fashion, music, and art. They raised $800 to help teens who can’t afford to seek mental health care. I love seeing teenagers helping others. I’ve included the info for AZ students for mental health in case you are interested in supporting these students in this cause.

Last night, I attended the Fine Arts Night hosted by @azstudentsformentalhealth Students for Mental Health, and it stayed with me in the best way!!!

I love attending these events and supporting teens who are making an impact in their communities.

Teen-created art. 🎨 Teen voices. 🗣️Teen truth. YES, YES, and YES!!!!!

What struck me most wasn’t just the talent, but the honesty. 🖤 The courage it takes for young people to share what’s beneath the surface of their lives and trust adults enough to witness it.

Our teens don’t need their journey to look like ours. They need support, presence, and respect for the fact that their experience is real and valid.🫶

The pieces I saw echoed so much of the art I hold through the Living Gallery Collection, part of my upcoming Beneath the Surface Movement. ✨

Different hands, same human themes. 🫶 It reminded me why this work matters and why listening always comes before leading.

I believe deeply in what these teens are building, and I’m grateful to stand alongside them. 🌱

Keep going.
