Throwing it back to worlds because that’s the standard we’re holding going into the first show of the year!! 🔥

11 athletes stepping on stage at the first FMG show of the season and we couldn’t be more proud of this team and the work they’ve put in.

The dedication, the consistency, the trust in the process it all comes together this weekend.

First up is our TEAM Photoshoot this morning 📸.

Who’s excited for the FIRST @fmgshows_aust of the year? 🚀

First time Bree has done a landmine rotation.

Coming from a bodybuilding background, most of her training lived in the sagittal plane.
So when exposed to some rotational work in the transverse plane, it’s normal to see a bit of struggle.

And that’s a good thing because it shows there’s plenty of room for adaptation and progress.

In 2025 I coached 6 PRO athletes to the World stage.

What I found is that each of these amazing athletes embodied traits that ANYONE can adopt, to achieve greatness in ANYTHING‼️

• Discipline over motivation
• Process over destination
• Resilience when things didn’t go to plan
• Coachability & trust in the process
• Obsession with detail
• Unshakable self-belief

They all felt the nerves.
They all had doubts.
They have all faced setbacks.

They just didn’t let any of it change their standards.

This was years of doing what needed to be done repeatedly, when no one was watching.

And this is the formula for success with anything.

Creating the blueprint to enable these high end athletes to excel is what we do 🤝

And if you think this is amazing, amazing what we can do for anyone wanting to lose fat.

DM “COACHING” now if you’re serious about wanting change.
