No, I don’t know everything and that’s okay. 🤎

I’m humble enough to listen to the next generation and value their feedback.

Because if I thought I knew it all, how would I grow, evolve, or change the game?

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learnt as a business owner is that great ideas can come from anywhere.

When you create a workplace where people feel safe to speak their minds, magic happens.

I’m constantly asking my team:
✨ How can we do this better?
✨ How can we do this more efficiently?
✨ Is there a new system, software, or process we’re not utilising yet?
✨ How can we improve the experience for both our clients and our team?

In most cases, I don’t care how we get there, I care about finding the best & most efficient solution.

Unfortunately, many people have been conditioned by previous workplaces to keep their heads down and stay quiet. Their ideas go unheard, and their confidence slowly fades.

At Neo, we’re building something different.

A collaborative environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute, learn, grow, and challenge the status quo.

Because leadership isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about creating space for others to bring theirs.

Helping people grow into the best version of themselves is one of the things that gets me out of bed every morning. 💫

Save this post for later if you’re building a team and want to create a culture people genuinely love being part of. 💫
