We’re pumped to unveil our squad for the 2026 Frost Flag Series ❄️🏈

With a spicy mix of experience, chaos, and questionable decision-making, we’re welcoming international superstar @mysterioushandle alongside our “fresh to flag” secret weapon Benny from the block 👀 @benjamin_titty_

Returning OG queens Liiii-Ha @linda_hac and @breepayne44 are back to cause absolute havoc, and with some extra Gremlin energy added to the roster — including legendary QB Zara and the notoriously ground-attracting @emilyblythe9 — there’s guaranteed to be plenty of highlights, laughs, and absolute scenes this season.

We’re also incredibly excited to have a bunch of talented junior players joining the squad this year, bringing fresh energy, speed, and enthusiasm to the team. The future is looking seriously bright ✨

Frost Flag 2026… we are READY. 🔥❄️

JUNE 2025 - U15 & U17 AUSTRALIAN GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL CAMP 🇦🇺

I got offered and accepted the Offensive Coordinator coaching position for the first ever U17s girls Australian Flag Football team to compete in the LA summer Series.
An amazing opportunity made even more special working alongside an amazing passionate group of female Coaches 😍

A challenging but rewarding experience coaching and working with a group of athletes from different states and all new to Flag Football. It was amazing seeing how committed and dedicated our players were, attending weekly online meetings, completing skills and footwork in their own time, sending us videos so we could coach and correct them if needed and attending training sessions in their own states. And as a coach being able to create an O playbook that let them use their skills from their other sports they play was super fun!

We were able to bring our teams together for the first time 2 weeks prior to the tournament in LA with a weekend training camp in Sydney. This was extremely beneficial in building team chemistry on the field and creating a great team bond off the field prior to LA 💚💛

This is the whole point.

Leading the next generation.
Watching them shine.
Watching them fall in love with the game.

Only 10 girls - undefeated in pool play & dominant in the semis. The final didn’t go our way but they still won where it mattered most - they smiled through everything, balled out, and became a family.

So proud of these young women.
This is only the beginning 💫
