BALTIMORE HALF MARATHON 🏁

1:53:38 | 8:40/mi 💨

18 minutes faster than my first half marathon, and that one was on a flat course. These Baltimore hills put me to work 😂

Every mile, every setback, every early morning, and every late evening got me here. Arms out because I earned that finish. 🙌🏾

The goal was an 8:30 pace. Finished at an 8:40 pace. Time to get in that gym and keep building.

WE NOT DONE. 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

Summer only ended 3 weeks ago…soo am I really that late? 🥲🥹
Clearly not all the memories from May to August but I think I squeezed as much as I could.
Family, food, friends, experiences, celebrations, endings & beginnings. I’m grateful for my time spent seeing, doing & being. 🫶🏾

Bing Bong! And just like that, ya heard! 10 miles through the BX for my 34th. 💪🏾

5M Split: 42:27 | 8:29/mi
Finish: 1:22:58 | 8:18/mi
Pace: 8:18/mi

Came to put in the work, and gave myself a birthday run to remember. Grateful for another year, another race, and another opportunity to keep pushing.

WHY MY FRIENDS SAY I’M SINGLE 🥲 [PAUSE TO READ THE TEXT MESSAGES]

Somehow, I’m always late to a trend. 😬 This video took forever to edit, but it was soo worth it. 🥹 I love my friends soo much; this had me cracking up. These friends have seen me in many stages in my life & come from all walks of my life. No, this isn’t all of them, but these beautiful folks gave a real decent summary on my dating/love life. Soo if you wanted to know more, NOW YOU KNOW. 💁🏾‍♀️🤗

Some moments mean more when you get to share them with your family.

A reminder of where I’ve been, who I did it for, and who I get to bring along with me. 🇺🇸

I watched every mile that led to this moment.

The days you didn’t feel like running.
The evenings you still showed up.
The times you questioned yourself.

You kept going.

Yesterday you crossed the finish line of your first 5K, and I couldn’t be more proud.

This is only the beginning. 🌷🩷🏃🏾‍♀️

Wow ! What a time April 2026 has been.
ALMOST DIDN’T MAKE IT TO @ebonyfitweekend HTX because I messed up my tickets (that I’m still paying for but no regrets). I got to see my friends that I missed oh soo much. Getting back into the rhythm of the gym & with warmer weather, I’m outside running more. Spent time with family & friends, which I’m always grateful for. We’re winding down my time with the kiddos & we’ll be finishing up cooking in a couple weeks 😢 it’s been challenging but rewarding & I really wish I had more time. MORE TIME FOR REFLECTION…I haven’t been journaling like I should but I have been taking time to think. I have soo many things I want to do, & I will do them. Aries SZN was amazing & now with it passed, head down (crown up) & we’re digging deep. Can’t wait to see what this next month will bring !

10K PR on a hilly course ⛰️
48:24 (7:47 pace)

Last race: 55:37 on a flat course… so this hits different.

📊 Top 11% overall (260/2439)
📊 Top 20% men (214/1039)
📊 Top 23% age group

Not elite… but not average anymore.
Just getting better.

You don’t need to be elite. Just improve.

Last Weekend of Aries SZN — I celebrated my birthday (again) with some of my closest friends from elementary, middle, & high school 🥹 We had the Wine & Waygu Burger Tasting at @thecapitalgrille last weekend, where we were reminiscing, discussing adulthood, family, friends, work, LIFE. It felt good to just laugh, chit chat, eat a good burger & sip on some real adult juice, RED WINE 😂🍷.
I really hate not posting — because I like sharing. IDK, but here I am. 🤗
This ♈️ SZN was truly a blessing, filled with love, gratitude, strength, understanding, moving forward & FUN ! One of these days, I’ll post on my actual birthday but I celebrate March 1st-April 19th soo 🤷🏾‍♀️🥳😈

Eight years married today. 3/3. ♾️

But our story really started back in the summer of ‘08. From then to now, it’s been growth, lessons, laughter, pressure, wins, and everything in between.

I just want to say this publicly, the love and happiness my wife pours into me daily is the reason I move the way I do. Because of her trust, her prayers, her patience, and her belief in me, I feel like I can conquer the world. I feel invincible, like there’s nothing I can’t chase or build with her by my side.

I am the man and leader I am today because she allows me to be me. She strengthens me without trying to control me. She supports me without dimming herself. That’s real partnership.

“The one who finds a wife finds what is enjoyable, and receives a pleasurable gift from the Lord.” Proverbs 18:22

God truly favored me.

Happy 8th anniversary to the woman who’s been rocking with me since ‘08. I love you deeper than words can explain. Here’s to doing Life 🤎

Mantras, Manifestations, Affirmations only work when you BELIEVE (& of course with the work put in behind the magic) !! Even if you don’t, BE DELULU !! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF SOO MUCH THAT THE UNIVERSE CAN’T SAY NO (& the Universe isn’t on a budget 😉)
HAPPY MONDAY !!
