Honestly, moms deserve their flowers every single day of the year. But yesterday we wanted to prioritize honoring everything that moms are. We gathered, we celebrated, and we loved on each other extra hard. 2025. The year of rest and tasting the fruit. As you can see, this is year was mainly comprised of pajamas, staying home, and video diaries. I traveled a little but intentionally did less this year and received so much in return. I did things I’d never imagined I would (and neither did some of my friends. 😂). Truthfully, I did nothing. It was all God. I made the switch from being a “Christian” to following Jesus. It’s been hard. I’ve had to lay down a lot. Leave fandoms. Edit relationships. Transition out of spaces that were comfortable or familiar. I had to lay down my need to understand and choose peace instead. Obedience isn’t always pretty but it’s definitely worth it. By no means am I perfect, I still make mistakes and fall short but I am 100% not the woman who started this year in the best way possible. I have no way of truly knowing what people associate with me or my legacy but above all else, I pray I leave a legacy of a love for Jesus, truth, and complete joy. No surprise that what has been the easiest year of my 20’s is the one where I choose to stop playing with the Lord lol. Excited to see where this next year takes me and how God elevates me. Still trying to process the fact that my baby sister 🥹😭 just stood on stage last night and gave one of the most powerful 🫶🏽, heartfelt ❤️‍🔥, and beautifully delivered ✨ graduation speeches I’ve ever heard — as Senior Class President of Stivers School for the Arts 🥰🔥.

From the moment she took the mic 🎤, I was FLOORED 🤯. Her strength. Her resilience. Her articulation. Her GRACE 🫶🏽. The way she wove her personal story into the collective heartbeat of her class had me in tears before she even got to the second paragraph 😭💙.

AND THEN — the High School Musical reference?? 😂✨🔥 Yeah. That sealed it. We’re definitely related.

This wasn’t just a speech — it was a blessing 💙🤎. A love letter to the end of childhood, a charge for the future, and a reminder that leadership isn’t about being loud — it’s about being real ✨🫶🏽.

I’ve been in awe of her my whole life, but last night hit different ❤️‍🔥. I’m so proud to be her brother 🥹 and her biggest fan 🥰. Y’all ain’t ready for the woman she’s becoming.
