On the road again—

Got to put all the chips in the middle at my first ever half-marathon and come up well short. Got to watch some fired up Blue Collar boys compete at the Indiana state meet. Got to keep making content for runners everywhere. Still got to get some sleep.

@bluecollaret gets more fun to build by the week. Always thankful I get to do this.

Ain’t been one to slow me down none yet—

Training in a great place with great friends all around. Coaching the hardest-working kids you’ll ever meet. Building @bluecollaret daily to be the best business it can be. Thankful to be doing what I love.

Another build back from injury, and it’s the first time it doesn’t feel like my body is fighting back.

That said, with the track sessions getting faster and faster, I have to remember to take things slow cause there’s still a long way to go.
