BRONZE MEDAL 🥉 Flag Football Nationals 2026

Getting the honor to coach these badass ballers at the flag football Nationals in Montreal this past weekend was truly an incredible experience. Not only are these women insane athletes, but they are driven, confident, kind and funny AF - Iv’e coached enough teams from other sports to know when you get a special group of real ones you just know, and this was definitely it.

Thankyou for trusting me to lead, for believing in my systems/plans, and for allowing me to do it ever so passionately 🤣 You know I’m ALWAYS going for the 🏆

I’m excited to learn from this experience as a coach, and am looking forward to growing myself and the game with @football.alberta to be competing for gold in the near future!

Can’t wait for next year 💪🏼😈

Two time (for me) Women’s Indoor Touch Champions. Thanks for a great season, ladies.

Great game, Hail Mary’s. Great game.

I once had a co-coach tell me to stop promoting women in flag—because I should grow the sport by including men, too.

This is why today is not a “happy” day. Instead, it’s a reminder of how much further we have to go.

So ladies: keep fighting. Be loud and mouthy and aggressive and demanding. Be argumentative and emotional and ambitious. Keep raging. I’ll be right there with you. #iwd2026 #womensupportingwomen
