The Transition is Real. Moving from a solid back fly into a vertical sit is a major milestone, but where you learn it changes everything-
-
Learning to sit fly in the sky is a different beast. Without walls, any slight limb asymmetry sends you “sliding” across the sky. That is me in the video. Back siding.

The Struggle: You only have about 50 seconds of freefall. If you spend 20 seconds recovering from a “bum-slide,” your training time is gone.

The Gear Factor: In the sky, you’re wearing a rig. That extra weight on your back changes your center of gravity compared to a tunnel suit. -
-
The tunnel is ideal but I don’t have one in Hawaii so I rely on the expertises of those cherished friends to review my videos and recommend changes. Shout out to Brent for the video. He makes me look like a baby bird in the sky. -

26 today!🥳 Grateful for every adventure, every laugh, and every amazing person I’ve met along the way. This year has been a whirlwind of new places, faces, and memories that I’ll carry with me forever. Traveling has reminded me how big and beautiful the world is and how lucky I am to share it with such incredible people. Here’s to more stories to tell, more sunsets to chase, and more moments that make life unforgettable 🌍❤️
