At Brentor Capital Partners, we focus on investment classes that cash flow and can be held for the long term, with capital uplift created through redevelopments and refurbishments.

With margins in BTLs almost nonexistent, and flipping properties can be very risky, investing into operation real estate is a way for investors to not only get a reliable quarterly dividend but, through repositioning assets via refurbishments or additional development, investors can experience capital uplift on the overall project.

Luxury Country House Hotels, investments proving very resilient and a sector that many Family offices and HNWIs regularly deploy capital into. With high occupancy in prime locations and an increasing desire from clients to experience and pay for 5 star luxury, wellness and true English country heritage, it's a sector proving to deliver reliable returns to our investors.

ONE property. THREE income streams. This is Wessex Road.

Here's the breakdown of how one smart conversion generates three separate revenue sources:

7-Bed HMO — 7 ensuites, 5 kitchenettes. Premium rooms for professional tenants. Maximum yield per square foot.

1-Bed Flat — £1,200/month. Self-contained. Hands-off. Reliable.

Commercial Unit — £19,000/year from a business tenant. Inflation-linked. Resilient.

Three streams. One asset. That's the HMO Launchpad approach.

Save this post if you're serious about building a multi-income property portfolio.

Completed....

Very please to have completed on Phase 3 of our River Street development Project. We now have the all 7 townhouses under our ownership. Which will become 33 luxury apartments and one luxury townhouse.

Big thanks to all the team involved in this acquisition, our investors and everyone else involved that made this happen.

It's been a journey to complete on all of these, and really happy to be working our way down the street, as we systematically refurb these stunning properties back to their former glory.

The strip outs started at Tower House let's go and have a look at what we are doing on site.

This is a turnkey HMO development for a client, the site located in Poole just a short walk from town centre, the train station and the hospital. #propertydevelopment #propertyinvestment #hmoprojects #hmo

Over the last year we have been busy acquiring beautiful buildings across Bath, with a few more completions due in the coming months and work starting on a number of buildings, we will be able to share more on what we have acquired and the works being completed on them.

Out of them all this one is our favourite 👌

Every now and then you get a property that was not even on the menu for purchasing and it turns out to be a little bit special.

We recently had this property added as a very late addition to a larger portfolio acquisition, and what a cracking property this is and what a location. Hopefully we pick up a few more around this square next year.

For now we need to get on and get these stunners all turned around.
