Day 2.1 of @brew_it_group_official Latte Art Throwdown Prize @lasanmarco_official factory tour Thank you @giovannifucili and the team for welcoming us to the @lasanmarco_official factory and sharing with us its rich history and innovations throughout the years. They took us to their production facility and showed us each steps in building their espresso machines. Then we had an opportunity to try their espresso machine range from manual lever machines all the way to semi automatic volumetric machines. (I even get to flex some latte art pours 🤭) #espresso #coffee #italy #latteart #training

Day 2.1 of @brew_it_group_official Latte Art Smackdown Prize Venice & Trieste Italy Tour @mdallaglio_ gave us a tour of the @ceado factory. We saw the process of building grinders and burrs from a piece of metal all the way to a fully built product. He also shared with us the vision of the brand and their approach to their production, truly inspiring to see the effort and commitment they have to build a strong product without compromise. They are one of the market leaders in producing grinder burrs. Thank you @mdallaglio_ and @ceado for giving us a tour to your factory and sharing with us the process of building your products. #italy #ceado #grinder #burrs #coffee

The final experiment delivered the biggest surprise of all. For the conclusion of Taste the Difference, over 30 certified Q Graders evaluated the exact same single-origin coffee, prepared as an Iced Espresso. What happened next completely upended the rankings from the Black Espresso and Milk Espresso sessions. Here is what cold temperatures revealed about burr performance, and the biggest overall takeaway from our research with Dr. Fabiana Carvalho from the @thecoffeesensorium #IcedEspresso #DesigningFlavor #Ceado #BrewItGroup #TheCoffeeSensorium
