At this time last week, I was exploring Space Walk with @littlecraftplace at @stationery.fest! This collage of beautiful faces reminded me that the best thing I brought home wasn’t stationery, it was connection.

Yes, I went for the pens, paper, stamps, stickers and all the tiny things that make my stationery loving heart ridiculously happy. 😂 However, I left thinking about the people…

I saw so many incredible artists, makers, shop owners, fellow journalers, stationery lovers and just overall beautiful humans from near and far. Some I was meeting for the very first time, while others felt like finally meeting an old friend after connecting on the internet. Of course, there were sweet reunions with my homies too, lol!

Just look at these pages. 🥹 THIS is what I want to remember! Hugs. Sweet conversations. “OMG, it’s YOU!” moments. Laughter. Selfies. Discoveries of new brands. Glass pens. Shared excitement over ridiculously cute pieces of paper, lol. 🤭

Elated to document these faces in my journal because years from now, I don’t just want to remember what I bought, but I want to remember who made the experience beautiful. 🫶🏽

Bye 2025! 👋

I’ve been wanting to make a year in review post but kept second-guessing if it’s too late into 2026, but I realized it’s never too late for reflection! This carousel feels like a Where’s Waldo. Can you find yourself in it lol?

I chose the word “SHINE” to be my word of the year because I wanted to shine brightly in different aspects of my life in 2025. While I don’t know if I was fully able to do that, I do know that I was incredibly blessed with so many fun opportunities in 2025. Although the world feels like it’s falling apart, I have hope that 2026 can become a year of growth, change, and abundance for all of us.

Happy 2026, my lovely eggies! 🍳

No matter where you are on the journaling spectrum, you’ll find plenty of inspo and connection in our community. Check out the newest blog post and visit our Discord; your notebooks will thank you in 2026 ➡️ link in bio! 📸: @brewritesetc

Spent Sunday with the sisters. Attended the @houstonjournalsociety meet up everyone is always so friendly! I mean who doesn’t want to spend a few hours talking about pens and comparing sticker organization over drinks 😂
