Closed for the season ❤️❤️
See you Memorial Day Weekend!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The Brewster Scoop is closed up for the season, but the memories of summer here never close. From ice cream runs to picnic tables and warm Cape Cod evenings, this little spot has been part of so many summers.

Who remembers stopping here as a kid (or an adult)?

Cape Cod, home away from home. Your naturally beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, long bike rides, and our quality family time just gets better and better and better every summer of my life ❤️ Thanks to my parents @amygenealogy & @harveyshrage for all your love, embracing our antics, feeding us in abundance, and tolerating our use of every glass and towel you own. At least we didn’t break your ice machine this summer 😉 😘.

New England adventures part 2! Cape Cod! 🐚
My heart is full after a few days with my college besties, Chaz and his best friend. 🫶🏼
We celebrated Chaz’s birthday 🎂by walking the sand bars, going to Nauset beach for waves, and making šaltibarščiai(cold beet soup). Chaz also woke up to a Baltimore oriole at the bird feeder that morning. 😆🙌🏻

I’m so happy I didn’t have an IV this time around. Last year I still had the line in my chest for IV antibiotics and couldn’t go in the water fully. But because I lost a lot of weight and haven’t gotten it all back yet. I get way colder in the water and can’t seem to get myself in all the way 😆. Only one of the days the water was nice enough for me not to freeze. 🥶

Can’t forget about going to good ol @brewsterscoop and Brewster General store! 🔥😍 I grew up going there when I used to camp at Nickerson state park with my family!

Saw some seals but no sharks this time 👀🦈

It was also nice having very limited phone service ✌🏻

I added a new town to my matchbook art collection! Brewster! The matchbook art prints have been selling out at every market but they are now available on my website if you can’t purchase in person.

Use code July4 for 20% off your order.

So many great places to eat in Brewster!

If you are planning to visit Brewster you must go to The Brewster General Store! Every summer we would take our kids there and let them buy the “penny candy”

This week I will be at @wellfleetmakersmarket this Thursday 9-3 and @artistcottagesorleans Sat 9-1

Which town should be my next?

Ice Cream of Cape Cod - available now on Etsy and sochcodesigns.com 🍦🌊 NOTE: this is a VERY SMALL SAMPLE of the countless fantastic ice cream spots on Cape Cod - we can’t possibly fit them all, even though we wish we could!

A Brewster staple: The Brewster General Store!🕯️🇺🇸🧺🥒☕️🍭🪁 @thebrewsterstore1866 @brewsterscoop
The Brewster Store is one of the first stops you should make in Brewster! There are so many Cape Cod finds here- like merch, mugs, cards, magnets, and more. If you keep looking though, there are also so many vintage finds, groceries, a fun candy shop, toys, soaps, and lots more! My sister and I used to buy embroidery string here to make friendship bracelets on the beach 🏖️
You can also grab a hot coffee and fudge, or run to get ice cream at the Brewster Scoop next door!
We love the Brewster Store🌊🫖✨💌🕯️

There’s something about cruising down Route 124 on a warm Cape day and catching that first glimpse of the Brewster General Store in the distance.

For so many of us, it meant summer was here—bike rides, penny candy, ice cream, and endless days that felt like they’d never end.

Some places don’t just bring back memories… they bring back a feeling.
