No back pain, no knee popping, no shoulder discomfort- mind you, this the first time I ever attempted 300lbs in my life😅😈

Most people want results.

Very few are willing to do what it takes to earn them.

At BarBells, personal training is more than workouts. It’s accountability, structure and pushing past the version of yourself that keeps settling.

Summer training spots are limited.

And while we’re building something bigger for 2027, the work starts now.

Claim your spot.

Mom + kiddo sweat date 💪👟

We’re popping up for a Mommy & Me Workout—quick, playful stations that turn “workout time” into together time.

Kids copy what they see, so let ’em see you move. Strong bodies, stronger bonds.

📍 Potters Park (Elgin)

👶 All ages welcome

Creep it real, Elgin 👻💪

We’re popping up around town all October—lifting spirits, handing out high-fives, and scaring off excuses.

Costumes welcome, ego not. If your broom can’t keep up, we’ve got barbells.

Swing by our spooky setups, snag a selfie with the BarBells crew, and tell the kiddos we trade treats for flexes. Come say hi… if you’re not afraid of a little boo-ty burn. 😈

Last July, Latise walked in and said YES to herself!
She showed up on the hard days, lifted on the busy days, and trusted the process with Brian.
The result? A stronger, tighter, more powerful version—inside and out.

This isn’t luck. It’s reps, rest, and relentless effort. 🔥

Ready to start yours?
