As I prepare for my workshop @sovereignty_summit. I talk about the eagle condor prophecy and the teachings of A Course in Miracles. At 9:30 am at Shambala

I talk about where the rupture began and what it all means for us.

My talk will be mainly about how the eagle and condor can fly together within us. How to become at peace with what we eat, where our waste goes, how to be a good mother father.

For all my peoples in the valley come out to the summit and let’s continue this conversation of the living Eagle Condor prophecy.

Sometimes spirituality is silence. Sometimes it's singing, dancing, laughing, and howling at the moon! 🐺😂💛

Every Wednesday at @shambhala_pisac in the Sacred Valley, something magical happens. ✨

The beautiful @sankirtanam_tribe brings together meditation, heartfelt prayers, uplifting music, singing, dancing, and pure joyful celebration. A space where hearts open, spirits rise, and the simple beauty of being alive is celebrated. 🙏🎶❤️

And what makes it truly special is the people. Beautiful souls from all around the world, different cultures, different stories, yet coming together with the same open heart. Sharing music, laughter, friendship, and the simple joy of being alive. 🌎❤️

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who makes these gatherings possible — those who hold the space, lead the prayers, sing, play music, and generously share their hearts with all of us. Your presence and dedication create something truly beautiful. 🙏💛

With love and gratitude to:

It's become one of my favorite weekly gatherings. If you're around Pisac on a Wednesday, I wholeheartedly recommend experiencing it!

Life is the ceremony. Joy is our natural state.

Again and again this challenge has changed my life for the better

100 days of discipline is 100 days of body weight workout every single day.
You can do easy, medium, or hard.
It’s simple:
6 exercises
60secs on, 60secs off
3 times w/ 120s between sets
Total: 37mins 30secs

There are two key components to the discipline:
1 - doing the specific bodyweight exercise every day
2 - posting on your story (this often times requires more discipline than the exercise 🙊)

There is a free accountability WhatsApp support group.

We will start September 7th and go until December 16th

If you are interested, then shoot me a message!!

(also for those in the Integrated Masculine men’s group - there’s going to be prizes 😉)
