Season 2 is coming!
We went quiet for a few months. Honestly? We were practicing what we preach: pausing, reflecting, and resetting. Now we’re back with new episodes every week on burnout, boundaries and life transitions.
Follow and tell us what we should talk about first.

“Some of your stress comes from trying to control outcomes that aren't yours to carry.”

Take that thought into work with you this week.

A lot of workplace stress isn't just about deadlines or workload. Sometimes it's the energy we spend trying to control things that were never fully ours to control — a colleague's response, a client's decision, someone else's performance, or what happens after we've done our part.

Letting go isn't checking out.

It's knowing what belongs to you, what doesn't, and learning to lead and work from clarity instead of control.

What are you carrying at work that may not actually belong to you?

“Some of your stress comes from trying to control outcomes that aren't yours to carry.”

Sit with that one for a second. 👆🏾

So much of what wears us down isn't the moment itself — it's the grip we put on things we were never meant to control.

Someone else's choice.
How they feel about us.
What happens next.

Letting go doesn't mean you stop caring. It means you finally put down what was never yours to hold.

What could change if you gave yourself permission to release the outcome?

Save this one for the next time you find yourself trying to carry what isn't yours. ❤️

None of us will probably remember this moment but we’ll remember the feeling 🥰
Shortly after this footage the ball almost hit the baby and landed in the sink, the girls started dragging each other across the floor like mops, I stepped on ten too many crumbs and got overstimulated and sent everyone upstairs before I crashed out. Grateful I caught this before all that 😌☕️ #familytime #corememories #stokedtobethestokes

Protect yourself. Protect your children. This episode brings clarity and quiets the noise of the lies produced from unhealthy and abusive relationships. Share with someone who may need a fresh perspective. #relationships #abuse #protectchildren #redflags #deconstruction

Staying through abuse never produces the outcome a relationship is meant bring. Many have experienced abuse at the hands of their partner and then again by a spiritual leader directing them to “persevere” only to find themselves in increasing danger. There’s a reason red flags should not be ignored- it can mean life or death. #relationships #spiritualabuse #redflags #abusesurvivor #safetyfirst

When do we draw the line at excusing behavior due to someone’s past trauma and acknowledging the impact of their behavior in our lives? Drop your thoughts and be sure to check out this week’s episode!
