✨ Meet Brianna! ✨ We’re so excited to introduce you all to Bri, who is joining the Stretch Pilates team from this Saturday! 🤍 A local Bayside gal, Bri brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across movement, dance, barre, yoga and Pilates. With her background as a dancer, she has a beautiful eye for technique and a real passion for helping people move with strength, intention and confidence. You’ll find Brianna teaching fortnightly Saturdays at 9:30am Barre and 10:30am Full Body Flow, along with the occasional cover class when we’re lucky enough to have her! Swipe across to learn a little more about Bri so you can get to know her before meeting her in class this Saturday… We’re so excited to have Bri joining our team and can’t wait for you to meet her in class! Welcome to Stretch team, Brianna! 🫶 Tell us a little about your movement background… “I’m an ex-dancer and have been teaching barre since 2016, yoga since 2017, and Pilates (Mat + Reformer) since 2021!” What do you love about Pilates? “I love that Pilates has been a constant throughout my life and something I can return to in every season. It supported me throughout my dance career, during pregnancy, and through my postpartum rebuild. It’s incredible to see the way Pilates can transform someone’s posture and mind-body connection. I love knowing that it’s not only making a difference physically, but mentally as well.” What can members expect from your classes? “I love teaching a really balanced class. We’ll always start with a few conscious breaths to land into the body, and from there, build strength and refine technique. I believe in keeping things simple — but that doesn’t always mean easy! With my background as a dancer, I have a keen eye for technique and love helping people find opportunities to progress in their practice.” And finally… a fun fact about you! “I’m a new mum to my little girl, Stella! 🤍 When I’m not teaching or being mum, you’ll often find me outdoors somewhere — walking along the esplanade, surfing or hiking.”

Return to Heart 🤍 One day Retreat This theme for the retreat has been sitting with me for a while now, but it really struck me on an early morning walk, after a sleepless night with my darling girl, listening to the mantra Om Asatoma with tears in my eyes and joy in my heart. In short, it translates to Guide me from untruth to truth, Guide me from darkness to light, Guide me from death to immortality. It had me reflecting on how often we move through life from what we think we should do and how different life can feel when we make a little more space to listen to the whispers of the heart and what we know, deep down is true for us. We’ll use yoga, meditation, journaling + yin yoga as different pathways into that deeper listening. And to amplify this my beautiful friend @prudencerose will be travelling up from Sydney to lead us through the Kirtan with her harmonium where we will chant + sing Om Asatoma and other Mantras. My hope is that you leave feeling deeply connected to yourself, and a little more empowered to live from that place. Sunday 8 November | 9:30am–3:30pm Temple Retreat, Pullenvale Yoga • Meditation • Journaling • Yin • Kirtan • Nourishing Food You can book and read more info via the link in my bio $50 off with code RETURN I’d really love to share this day with you. x

Michelle and I have spent years in the wellness space, and what resonates with us most is this: A joyful, connected and meaningful life brings more wellness than a habit-stacked, optimised routine that pulls us away from experiencing the richness of life. We want to share real, tangible and accessible skills that help you return to yourself again and again so you can live fully and be well. Together, we’ll explore: Movement to shift energy Meditation for steadiness and clarity Breathwork to support and regulate the nervous system Meaningful conversation and connection And so much more. If this speaks to you, there are still places available. August 13–16 Byron Bay Hinterland Book via the link in bio or send us a message with any questions ✨

Winter is a season of deep listening. Rather than constantly pushing outward, it asks us to conserve energy, honour stillness, and tune into the quieter voice within us ~ our intuition. Throughout the day, I’ll guide you through practices intentionally designed to support that process. We’ll begin with meditation, followed by a gentle yet energising yoga and breath-work practice to awaken the body, strengthen the mind-body connection, and create space to soften at the same time. You’ll be guided through a journaling practice to help quiet the external noise and reconnect with the whispers within. We’ll share a nourishing lunch and meaningful conversation before closing the day with a Winter-themed Yin Yoga practice. Savasana will be accompanied by a sound bath by @lauralushington_ to support deep rest and integration. My intention for Cocoon is simple: to offer you a space to pause, refill your cup, and move into the second half of the year feeling clearer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself. There are currently just 10 spots remaining, and I’d love for you to join us. Date Sunday 21 June 2026 9:30am – 3:30pm Investment $250 Location Temple Yoga Retreat, Pullenvale A private retreat space immersed in nature, just a short drive from Brisbane.

I had the absolute honour of hosting a wholesome Hens morning for @ladyb_16 🤍 We began with a meditation to connect to love and gently channel that energy toward the bride-to-be, followed by gentle movement and yoga. As the body softened, we dropped into stillness with the sound bowls… We closed the morning by writing letters filled with love, reminders, and wishes for Aroha to open over the year ahead. Of course, a little bubbly to finish before they headed off for a long lunch together. 🍾 If you’re dreaming of a more meaningful, connected way to celebrate, I offer private wellness events like this ✨ Thank you to @elements.wellness.studio for a beautiful space in the heart of Brisbane. #hens #brisbaneyoga #soundbowls

What does a day at a women’s wellness retreat actually look like? For three nights you will step away from the pace of everyday life and settle into a slower rhythm. One that allows space for you to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with other women. This is our third year hosting this retreat at @wybalenaorganicfarm, and each year we refine the flow a little more. Our days look something like this: • Morning meditation + Movement • A long, nourishing brunch served by @burburywholefoods • Free time to enjoy the pool, sauna, nature trails or ice bath • Optional treatments such as Traditional Chinese Medicine consultations or bodywork • A wholesome lunch shared together • A workshop exploring and refining your personal relationship to wellness • Dinner as the sun sets • Community connection and meaningful conversation Join us 13–16 August at @wybalenaorganicfarm.
