Humidity tested us today, but so did the miles — and we showed up anyway. Grateful for the crew that pushed through every sticky step, encouraged one another when it got tough, and stayed after for iced lattes, laughs, and good conversation.

These long runs are about more than training… they’re about community.

Every pace mattered. Every person mattered. And every “you’ve got this” carried someone a little farther today.

So thankful for everyone who rolled out of bed before sunrise and brought the good vibes, grit, and camaraderie.

1/4 of the way done with 2026 and I have a terrible feeling the rest of the year will continue to fly by 😭
life lately looks like stepping into my purpose (even when it’s uncomfortable), making memories, celebrating the little things, spending time outside, and enjoying every second with my boys. 🤍🌿

Two years ago, I started running with my bestie 👏🏽

I didn’t know it would give me this many memories or this many versions of myself 🥹

Running changed my body.
But more than that, it changed my life.

It taught me discipline. It introduced me to people who became community. It gave me proof that I can do hard things.

During the @satxmarathon I got to meet @runmeb and hearing his story in person genuinely inspired me.

Now I’m heading to the @chimarathon as part of Team Meb the official charity team founded by Meb that supports youth fitness and community programs

This race isn’t just about 26.2 miles. I’m raising money for something that creates opportunities for others to move, grow, and believe in themselves too🤍

2025 was a real roller coaster. I am so blessed for the peaks that came my way. I had the best year of my career, got to travel to Japan, became an aunt (Elijah ily), met so many new friends and accomplished a ton of personal goals (shout out to the half marathon)! With those, I also experienced one of the most crushing losses of my life, my sweet grandma. Focusing on all the positive memories as I pack these 12 months away.

Here’s to another year of growth and doing our best! Cheers to 2026!
