What a week! Training with some of the best coaches and fighters on earth. Enjoying the gorgeous colorado summer. Checking out the largest comic bookstore on american soil. Getting to see all the fellow BMT affiliates. If i missed tagging you I'm sorry, so many people to tag. Can't wait till the next trip out.

Bang Muay Thai Lineage Seminar Weekend 2026! 👊🙏

Bang Muay Thai Lineage Seminar - the highlight of the summer, every summer.

For the fourth time, I had the incredible opportunity to train with various martial arts luminaries and legends. Five hours of high-level teaching and training in one of the best striking systems you will ever find.

Bang Muay Thai is a superior system because of how effortlessly it flows. It switches stances while mixing it feints and powerful strikes from unexpected angles. It feels like you’re fighting a swarm of bees. I have no idea how you’d ever prepare to fight against it. And it’s so much fun to train. Judging by the incredible attendance and all the smiling faces, a lot of people agree with me.

The best part of the seminar was learning from the Master of the BMT style, TJ Dillashaw. I was lucky enough to be in the crowd the night he dethroned Renan Barrao. In a lifetime of watching fights, I still don’t think I’ve seen anyone fight that flawlessly. A peak MMA experience. It was surreal to have him watch me train and offer feedback.

The BMT system and its students are something really special. Great to make new friends like @made_louisville and run into old friends like @brianruscio.

Already looking forward to next year!
