A break from the flowers to say a much needed thank you.
Odds are if you’ve been in my store, you likely seen my parents. this last two months with the store has been one of the wildest chapters of my entire life, and I truly with every genuine ounce mean when I say I could not do if it was not for my parents.
I found built and opened my shop after already taking a full-time position for the year at a school as a teacher. My days are completely split and I am working 60-70 hours a week and a lot of times not available where I’m needed.
While, every single part is a blessing and absolutely something I have explicitly prayed for, and dreamed of I have still heavily needed to rely on help to get through a day. My parents have been running deliveries for me, picking up wholesale orders 35+ minutes away, breaking down millions of boxes, cleaning my shop, lending cars & so much more. Sometimes after a chaotic day, I walk into my shop and the whole thing has been completely reorganized vacuumed and cleaned, and I don’t even know what to do besides cry. These days I feel like I’m dropping the ball quite often and often I look up and they’re there juggling multiple for me. I am so blessed. I am so grateful for the future as we grow and I am so excited and so hungry but all I know is that right now I am where I am because of them and I’m so thankful.
So if you ever catch Jill or Brian in the shop when you’re in here, just give them a high five they deserve it!

today we got our first heavy coat of paint on the whole shop to get everything prepped for our upcoming mural! Luckily I have such a wonderful family who lets this won’t hire anyone do it yourself girl not necessarily do it alone!!! Final coats on tomorrow with touchups and a mural Vlog to come early next week!!

Snowney’s Stems may be a one woman operation but we are often not a one person process !! Shoutout to my dad @briansnowney two days post shoulder replacement & my brother @jsnowney who made my recent coconut arrangements you guys loved possible. I -blissfully unaware of the difficulty- asked my brother Joey to cut these coconuts I found into usable vases. “should be easy” I said. It was not easy. Apparently it required various tools, significant amount of time, and multiple types of saws I did not know existed. But lucky for me I did not need to know they existed because I have such wonderful helpful men in my life!!

Thx kings!! - can’t wait to do 1 million more of these you guys will be so busy!! hehe
