Cajun Pasta & Steak🍝🥩
Pasta:
Cook your rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. In a hot pan, sauté diced carrots, chopped onions, celery, chilli flakes, and Cajun seasoning until fragrant. Add tomato paste and mix well. Pour in your chicken stock mixed with hot water, then let it simmer for a few minutes. Add cream and parmesan cheese, stir until creamy, then add your cooked pasta and mix everything together.

Steak:
(I used sirloin steak) Season your steak with salt & pepper and place it in a hot pan. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side depending on the thickness and how you like your steak cooked. Once flipped, add butter and rosemary to enhance the flavour. Let the steak rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. 😉
That’s how I make my Cajun pasta and steak 🙃🔥
