Turns out, WE’RE ALL CREATIVE!

Had a great evening photographing for AGC and listening to Shelley Sanchez talk about creativity, getting out of autopilot, and reconnecting with our inner genius.

Plus, can we talk about how beautiful Brick x Mortar is?! What a cool spot in downtown Minneapolis.

Mike's dad said it best during his speech - you can tell how loved Mike and Sydney are by the way people showed up for them. Every corner of the country and then some showed up to celebrate these two last weekend

Breaking bread and gathering together are uniquely powerful in creating belonging. Join us for a special JSD under the Minneapolis skyline with Dr. Tracy Brower, the author of the newly released Critical Connections. Drawing on research from her new book Critical Connections as well as practical, real-world insights, Dr. Tracy Brower will share what belonging (really!) means and how food is a powerful catalyst for trust, conversation and community.

Your ticket includes a 5 course meal celebrating connections, beverages including wine and beer, and a shiny new copy of Critical Connections signed by the author.

When: Monday, June 22 at 5pm
Where: Brick x Mortar Rooftop 314 N 1st Ave, Minneapolis

Tonight felt like a return to the table. 🖤

Last evening, House of Gristle hosted an intimate multi-course private dining experience at @brickxmortar centered around connection, storytelling, and intentional hospitality.

From a Salad Niçoise that one guest called “the best salad they’ve ever had,” to deeply layered chicken & sausage gumbo, thoughtful wine pairings courtesy of @rikiglesias, and a RASPBERRY dusted lemon mousse— every detail was designed to unfold slowly and bring people together.

A huge thank you to Steve Zimmerman and his guests for trusting us with such a special evening, and to Riki for helping create an experience that felt seamless, warm, and alive. This night supported @thesannehfoundation.

This is the future of House of Gristle:
elevated experiences where the comfort of home meets the luxury of fine dining.

✨ Private Dining Experiences now booking.

Wednesday night vibes at Downtown Minneapolis ✨🥂

Amazing conversations, rooftop views, new connections, and so much inspiration all in one room. Loved capturing this unforgettable networking event at Brick x Mortar with so many passionate business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs. 📸

Huge shoutout to Coach Liz M. Lopez for the motivating reminder that success doesn’t have to happen alone. Community, support, and collaboration are everything. 💡

These are the kinds of nights that spark new ideas, future partnerships, and real connection. Minneapolis showed up. 🙌

So @john_marino is proud….proud that I’m talking more with my hands like an Italian these days. Don’t ask what we are talking about, I have no clue. 😂
