£3.20p per day… That’s all that 8 weeks of Bounceback is…

For that you get your own coach, a plan built around the week you’ve actually got with work, someone going through your numbers with you every single week to make it work for you

Most people have spent more than £179 this year on things that didn’t stick, most spend it on a single night out…

The best transformation over the eight weeks also takes home £500 cash!💰

Bounceback entries close this Friday and we start on Monday 12th October.

If you’ve been sat on the fence, this is your sign to get off it

Every time we launch this challenge, I hear the same excuses, ”I’d love to but my job’s mad busy at the minute” or “now’s not the right time”

But then I look at who actually wins these challenges…

It’s never the person with the easiest 8 weeks, It’s the one who decided to take action, it’s the ones who learn to dance in the rain and not wait for storms to pass

This is the whole point of why we do it, to fast track results and get you out of the rut people get stuck on post summer, it’s not motivation or willpower you need. It’s simply just deciding to stop with the excuses and taking the leap 🫡

Our anual 8 week summer bounce back transformation challenge is open, spaces close soon…

Take a second to look at what Don achieved in just 8 WEEKS!

This isn’t a transformation that happened in a super controlled environment. Don is a bricklayer by trade. That means full-time manual labor, on his feet, lifting, Monday to Friday. Most people use a tough job as a reason why they can’t train or can’t prep food. For Don, that was just part of the discipline. 🧱🔨

In just 8 weeks doing the Summer Upgrade challenge, he went from having a ‘good base’ to absolute PHOTOSHOOT READY. He got incredibly lean, packed on muscle, and carved out a serious set of abs. 🔥📸

How did he do it?
▪️ Full-time bricklaying M-F
▪️ Trained 5 times a week with intensity 🏋️‍♂️
▪️ PREPPED his food every single day (No meal service excuses) 🥩
▪️ Dialled in a relentless routine 🎯

This result isn’t lucky. It’s consistent work and discipline. He locked back into his diet and training, trusted the process, and this is what’s possible in only TWO MONTHS.

This is elite-level consistency and execution. Unbelievable effort! 👏⚡️
