From Chicago to Salt Lake City, I am beyond fortunate to be a part of this truly incredible, global community.

It’s a community of growth, empowerment, belonging and JOY. 😍

Here’s a photo dump of a handful of the most influential people that have helped make my experience at Barry’s truly 🤌🏻🥹

Part Time ➡️ Full Time ➡️ Senior ➡️ TDL 🤓

Honestly, i didn’t realize this was such a milestone until the middle of class 😅 so for 500, we’re having a PARTY babyyyy!

Love this fit fam, both colleagues and clients, more than i could possibly convey. 🫶🏻

Here’s to hundreds more classes! 💥🙌🏻🥂

I didn't just finish Hell Week in a day... I moved through something.

There were moments my body wanted to stop, moments my mind tried to negotiate an easier way out. And underneath all of that, there was a quieter voice...steady, grounded, certain.

The one that knows.

The one that says: keep going.

Today wasn't about proving anything to anyone else. It was about coming back to myself. Clearing out the noise, the doubt, the pressure... and remembering what's actually true.

I am strong.

I am resilient.

I can trust myself to move through hard things.

And maybe that's what this is really about. Not just pushing limits, but finding clarity on the other side of them.

Being back in the Bay, where this all started, it felt like a return...to the version of me who first chose herself.

A little reminder, from me to me (and maybe to you too): everything you need is already within you.

Getting to play Fiona in Shrek The Musical with Lehi Arts was truly a dream come true 💚✨

This role has lived in my heart for so long, and getting to bring her to life has been the most magical experience.

Endless gratitude to my incredible directors, @ashmck4 & @wendywoo.woo , for believing in me💚
And to @shelbyrevill (costumes), @kortneekillian (props), and my amazing weave queen @khloe.killian —you all understood the assignment and made the magic happen ✨
