Ahhhh today was one of my favorite classes I've had the honor to teach so far!! I spent a lot of time in meditation/prayer for this one specifically because ever since I scheduled it I've been going through the worst ever imposter syndrome. Meaning constantly I've felt like I wasn't qualified enough to lead a class. Education is SCARY, probably one of the scariest things I've done. You open yourself up to so much criticism and the self talk is a real mother trucker to get a handle on. But having people show up is an HONOR. I truly feel so thankful. And then on top of that, getting to learn from Emily @luna.e.photos was like, mind blowingly great info. You could feel such good energy in the room and it just felt awesome. I can't wait to collab more with these girls in the future and have to say yet again how grateful I am to every person part of this journey and can't wait to see the blessings everyone gets from bettering yourself this week! Cheers 🥂
