Rich McCoy you are forever in our hearts 💕
A wonderful man, great husband and best friend, the best co-parent, and my source of strength and safety.

I am doing what you asked, finding my way to get through it and find happiness in life. LMAO I still remember you saying you won't be coming back to tell me I am doing it or did it wrong... always making me laugh, even with the hardest of things ❤️❤️❤️. Love you babe

Since @hoyamichelle92 and I saw Joe Turner's Come and Gone on Broadway recently, I was reminded of the production at @lamdadrama that we saw last year. The strength of that production is a testament to the talent of that year's class, to the direction of Baron Kelly, and to the quality of the programs at LAMDA. I know I'm biased, but I think the acting from last year's students was comparable to that of the Broadway production!

👣 MAUVE with Intention 💜

Despite the madness of tube strike and missing out on most of the New Members welcome, I made it across London and enjoyed a Mauvellous night.

🙇🏿‍♀️ After almost 20 years as a guest of clients, colleagues and friends, I am now a Member of the Chelsea Arts Club.

I joined in June, but did not think of it as 'being' until attending the New Members Drinks; I will be first in the Billiards Room for the next event!

🍽 Wonderful supper with old friends, fellow New Member Brie Covington who is from New Jersey 🇺🇸 and about to graduate from LAMDA 🎭, my client Nick Cox 🎶 and sculptor Adam, who should also join in future.

Such a colourful night perfect-fit to the designated MAUVE palette, from costume to cocktail.

🎨 I always think of the shade as more Lilac or Lavender, but 🔎 investigating the spectrum and mindful of the change of seasonal weather, I went more jewel-tone (Deep Lilac or Medium Orchid according to a shades colour chart).

Sticking to the accessories of my first choice paler shade, I recycled an old Chelsea Arts Club Ball fascinator (2017) - I am a dab hand at #millinery - plucking a few of the faux Vanda Orchids and pinning them in my hair in a manner both ♻️ circular and surreal 🌌. I spritzed them with an Issey Miyake violet floral scent laden with "narcotic" Indole molecule.

🗣 "According to color psychology, mauve suggests originality of thought, artistic ambition, openness, and effortless elegance. As is with most shades of purple, it is the color often chosen by eccentrics, daydreamers, and individualists."

Looking forward to the next Welcome, attending forthcoming General Meetings and Hat Night; perhaps the first syllable of my name will be my creation's status as it was in the last square (2021)?

💫 Either way, I am looking forward to colourful, creative and collaborative times ahead!
