I love all of these photos!! As if having all these women under one roof wasn’t badass enough, I had the privilege of putting them through a 🍑 booty & leg 🍑 workout together! There’s something about having a big group of people sweating together [&probably cursing me together] that is so exhilarating , powerful & inspiring! Each one of these ladies is in a different part of her health & wellness journey but she showed up, showed out & surprised herself of her capabilities!

If you can’t hold yourself accountable, who will? I shared at #EMBODYWithTati some getting started tips, in regards to physical fitness, and accountability was one. If you’re finding that you struggle with the sole act of GETTING to the gym or simple STARTING your fitness journey, then a simple way you can fix this is by finding a way to make sure you are held accountable. This can be done in a variety of ways. This could be:
✨hiring a fitness coach/trainer. This is especially important if you’re not really sure what exactly you should be doing or how to properly perform movements.
✨finding a workout partner who is dedicated and won’t let you flake out. If they’re too chill about it, Then you’ll both just skip out & that’s no help 🤷🏻‍♀️ This person might annoy you but they’ll keep you on your shit!
✨ post/ share about it. Okay, I know we all are annoyed at everyone out here tryna give fitness advice when they’re not qualified to do so, but sharing your journey is different. If you announce you’re changing your lifestyle, the pressure is on— people WILL call you out, cause sadly people wait on others’ failures. Prove ‘em all wrong!

I’ve been putting off posting about #EMBODYWithTati because I don’t even know how to put it into words. But I’m going to do my best. I am beyond ecstatic about how the even turned out. Every single lady there got vulnerable, got to know themselves perhaps better than they’ve ever allowed themselves to & most importantly networked with like-minded women, who started as strangers! This is just the start. I refuse to let this be the last event I host & I speak at. I want to destroy the idea that women are competition against each other. I want to create an environment where women are WITH each other while focused on their own self-growth. Women united together creates a force that cannot be stopped. If only y’all could FEEL the energy in that room!!
